Nidhuvan is well versed with both Indian and Australian playing conditions. He has represented Karnataka for 10 years, in various age categories and was a part of Bangalore University and South Zone teams the Vizzy trophy. In Australia, he played for the Sydney Tigers in the first grade for 3 years. While in Australia, he made a mark of his own with brilliant all round performances. With all the playing experience and exposure to the game both in India and Australia, he believes the job of an effective coach is to ignite the hidden power inside every player. He believes in the innate ability of a mediocre sportsman to reach greater heights with proper prodding, which a good coach is always willing to provide.
